国家能源集团基于ERP建设了一体化集中管控系统,系统范围包括人力资源管理、财务管理、物资管理、燃料及销售管理、设备管理和项目管理6大模块。项目模块主要实现从项目前期、项目建设期到项目运营期的项目全生命周期管理,主要关注价值管理。

Based on ERP,CHN Energy has built the integrated centralized control system,which includes six modules:human resource management,financial management,material management,fuel and sales man⁃agement,equipment management and project management.The project module mainly realizes overall lifecy⁃cle management of the project from project preparation,project construction phase to project operation phase,and mainly focuses on value management.
