富血小板纤维蛋白联合新型敷料治疗慢性难愈伤口

Platelet-rich fibrin combined with new dressing for the treatment of chronic refractory wounds

目的:探讨PRF联合新型敷料治疗难愈性伤口的效果。方法:选择在我中心就诊的难愈性伤口14例做为试验对象。肘静脉抽血提取PRF凝胶,将PRF凝胶置放于伤口,使用新型敷料覆盖封闭伤口,观察伤口愈合情况。结果:每个病例施行PRF联合新型敷料伤口促愈治疗2~4次,3例在3周内伤口愈合,7例在6周内伤口愈合,4例8周内愈合。11例患者对治疗效果评价为满意。未发生晕厥、贫血加重、伤口感染扩散等不良反应。结论:PRF联合新型敷料能明显改善慢性难愈伤口的愈合能力。

Objective:To explore the effect of PRF combined with new dressings in the treatment of refractory wounds.Methods:Fourteen cases of chronic refractory wounds treated in our center were selected.The cubital vein was taken to extract the PRF gel which was placed on the wound,and the wound was covered and closed with a new dressing to observe the healing of the wound.Results:Each case was treated with PRF combined with new dressing wound for 2 to 4 times.3 cases were healed within 3 weeks,and 7 cases within 6 weeks,4 cases within 8 weeks.Eleven patients were satisfied with the treatment effect.There were no adverse reactions such as syncope,anemia worsens,and spread of wound infection.Conclusion:PRF combined with the new dressing can significantly improve the healing ability of chronic refractory wounds.
