设计院执行新能源项目EPC质量管理研究

Study on EPC Quality Management System of New Energy Power Project

质量管理是EPC管理体系的重要组成部分,工程质量的好坏直接影响项目投运后的运行效果和收益。本着向业主交付优质工程的EPC管理理念,针对新能源项目的工程特点,深入分析以设计为龙头的EPC质量管理体系,提出设计院构建新能源项目EPC全过程质量管理体系的建议,以期从质量管理体系的层面进一步促进新能源产业的健康发展。

Quality management is the important part of EPC management system.The operation effect and economic benefits will be affected by the project quality.In this paper,EPC quality management system executed by design institute as the overall contractor is analyzed in detail basing on the characteristics of new energy power project,with the management objective of transferring a high-quality project to the project owner.Suggestions are given on how design institute constructs EPC quality management system covering the whole process of new energy power project.The research results are beneficial for promoting the healthy development of new energy industry from the level of quality management system.
