摘要
南京特殊教育师范学院充分发挥社会服务功能,依托江苏省特殊教育师资培训中心和江苏省特殊教育发展指导中心,组建专业教师团队,量身定制培训方案,注重培训实效,面向全国,开展多层次、多形式在职培训,努力提高全国随班就读师资专业水平。引导高校教师深入基层学校,进行课题研究,提供专业支持,开展随班就读实践,提升随班就读工作质量。
Nanjing Normal University of Special Education gives full play to its social service function. Relying on Jiangsu special education teacher training center and Jiangsu special education development project guidance center, it establishes a professional teacher team, customizes training programs, pays attention to training effectiveness, carries out multi-level and multi-form on the-service training for the whole country, and strives to improve the professional level of teachers in regular classes. We should guide university teachers to go deep into the grass-roots schools, carry out research projects, provide professional support, carry out the practice of learning in regular classes, and improve the quality of learning in regular classes.
