摘要
以南京特殊教育师范学院特殊教育专业2019届应届本科毕业生为研究对象,通过问卷调查和访谈,了解特教专业毕业生已具备的职业素质状况。研究结果表明:特教专业应届毕业生的职业素质总体处于中等水平。对照《特殊教育教师专业标准(试行)》,专业理念与师德水平最高,其次是专业知识水平,专业能力水平最弱。研究还发现,对特教专业的认同度及实习、实践投入度,影响特教专业学生职业素质的形成,且具有显著性差异。因此,建议开设特殊教育师范专业的院校应采取多种措施,提高特教专业学生对特殊教育职业的认同度,激发学生的专业学习与实践的原动力,以进一步提升特教专业学生的职业素质。
By using the method of questionnaire survey,this paper investigates the professional quality preparation of the students of special education major in Nanjing Normal Universityof Special Education.The results show that the professional quality preparation of special education majors is generally at the middle level:compared with the Professional Standards for Special Education Teachers(Trial Implementation),the level of preparation from high to low is professional idea and professional ethics dimension,professional knowledge dimension,professional ability dimension.There are significant differences in different liking degrees to this specialty,different practicesituationin the professional quality preparation of students majoring in special education.It is suggested that special education students and special education teachers colleges should take various measures to enhance the motivation of special education students to prepare for their professional qualities and strive to improve their professional qualities.
