自闭症谱系障碍儿童家长的亲职压力评估 被引量:3

摘要 采用访谈法考察自闭症谱系障碍儿童家长亲职压力的深层次原因,揭示导致自闭症谱系障碍儿童家长压力的各种因素,对自闭症谱系障碍儿童的康复助益甚大。对6名自闭症谱系障碍儿童家长进行深度访谈研究发现,其亲职压力有6个来源:经济压力重大;康复效果不佳;教育机制欠缺;亲子关系消极;各方认知不当;精神压力持久。自闭症谱系障碍儿童家长的压力深受自身和外界多重因素的影响,积极与消极交织,且存在多样的支持需求。基于自闭症谱系障碍儿童家长的压力源提出了相应的经济支持、技术支持、教养支持以及社会支持等建议,以期提高自闭症谱系障碍儿童家长的亲职能力并缓解其压力。 This paperinvestigatedthe deep-seated causes of parental pressure of parents of autistic children by using interview,and identified the potential factors which lead to parental pressure,in order to help the rehabilitation of children with autism.Six parents of autistic children were interviewed,and then NVivo12 was used to analyze the text materials.The results showed that six factors are the main causes of parental pressure:great economic pressure,poor recovery effect,lack of educational mechanism,negative parent-child relationship,improper cognition of all parties anddeep emotional experience.In a word,the stress of parents of autistic children is deeply influenced by multiple positive and negative factors,and various social and governmental supports are needed.Based on the stressors of parents with autism,relative financial support,technical support,parenting support and social support are proposed,and social support should be implemented to improve the parental ability of parents of autistic children to relieve their parenting stress.
