当今世界处于百年未有之大变局,世界经济进入大国博弈新时期,全球经济治理体系面临变革,全球供应链正在重构,新一轮科技革命、场景应用革命、产业变革同步爆发与世界经济版图调整成为时代发展主线。“十四五”时期,我国将由中等收入阶段迈向高收入阶段,国际位势变化和国内战略面临重大转变,工业化进入深度提升后期,城镇化进入高质量转型后半场,改革向全方位、深层次系统推进,对外开放朝高水平、宽领域迈进。面临国际国内环境重大变化,我国应逐步构建以我为重心的区域供应链,加快推动科技变革、场景应用和商业转化,推动全球化贸易和主动参与国际竞争,增强产业发展内生动力,加快释放改革红利。

The world today is undergoing major changes unseen in a century.The world economy has entered a new era of great power game.The global economic governance system is facing changes,and the global supply chain is being restructured.A new round of scientific and technological revolution,scene application revolution,simultaneous outbreak of industrial change and adjustment of the world’s economic layout have become the main development line of the times.During the 14th Five Year Plan period,China’s economy will move from the middle-income stage to the high-income stage.Changes in international rules and domestic strategies will face major changes.Industrialization will enter the late stage of in-depth upgrading.Urbanization will enter the second half of the high-quality transformation.Reform will move forward to a comprehensive and deep-seated system.Opening up will move forward to a high level and a wide range.Faced with major changes in the international and domestic environment,China should gradually build a regional supply-chain which focusing on itself,accelerate the transformation of science and technology,scene application and business,promote global trade and actively participate in international competition,enhance the endogenous power of industrial development,and accelerate to release the reform dividend.
