摘要
蜱及蜱传疾病对人类和动物健康的威胁越来越大,备受社会关注。近年来,研究主要集中于蜱的分类与系统学、生物学与生态学特性以及蜱的生理、生化等方面,阐明蜱与病原体的相互作用在蜱传疾病控制中发挥重要作用,日趋成为研究热点。本文从蜱传病原体、蜱与病原体相互作用的生物学过程、蜱体微生物种群与媒介能力、蜱与病原体相互作用在蜱传疾病防控中的应用几个方面来进行综述,以期更深入地了解蜱及蜱传疾病,为有效防控及其他相关领域研究奠定基础。
Ticks and tickborne diseases(TBDs)represent a growing threat for human and animal health,which are receiving more and more attention from society.In recent years,studies have focused on tick classification and systematics,biological and ecological characteristics,as well as tick physiology and biochemistry.The elucidation of these mechanisms involved in tick-pathogen interactions plays an important role in of control of tick-borne diseases and has become the research hotspot.Therefore,this summary provides a comprehensive overview of tick-borne pathogens,biological processes involved in tick-pathogen interactions,the effect of microbial populations on tick vector competence to better understand ticks and tick-borne diseases for effective prevention and control.
