摘要
以范式转换为视角,对地方高校通识教育的实施情况进行深入研究,结果发现,地方高校通识教育在基本理念的把握、课程内容的设计与设置、师资队伍的建设、课堂教学质量的监督管理等方面存在诸多问题,影响了通识教育功能的发挥。对此,提出地方高校应实现通识教育的范式转换:一是确立符合地方高校人才培养模式的通识教育理念;二是构建“四位一体”的通识教育课程体系;三是打造通识教育卓越的教师团队;四是强化通识教育课程课堂教学质量监控机制。
This paper does an in-depth research on the implementation of general education in local universities from the perspective of paradigm shift. It is found that there are several problems in the current general education in the following aspects such as the basic grasp of the concept of general education,the design and setting of curriculum content,the building of teaching staff and the supervision and management of classroom teaching quality,which affects the function of general education. Therefore,the local universities should accelerate the pace of achieving paradigm shift in general education. Firstly,it is necessary to establish the general education concept that conforms to talents training program of local universities;secondly,it is required to set up a"four-in-one"general education curriculum system;thirdly,it is needed to build an excellent teaching team of general education;fourthly,it is essential to strengthen the monitoring mechanism of classroom teaching quality of general education courses.
