机械完整性管理(MI)在世界各类大型石油、石化等企业得到大力推广与应用,有效降低了重大危险化学品事故的发生。但国内一些规模较小、设备相对简单的中小型化工企业,在安全管理上存在各种缺陷,机械完整性的推广与应用存在瓶颈,导致近年来各类事故频发。这些中小化工企业应该如何开展机械完整性管理?

Mechanical integrity( MI) has been vigorously promoted and applied in all kinds of large petroleum,petrochemical and other enterprises in the world,which has effectively reduced the occurrence of major dangerous chemical accidents.However,in some small and medium-sized chemical enterprises with relatively small scale and relatively simple equipment,there are various defects in safety management and bottlenecks in the promotion and application of MI. In recent years,all kinds of accidents occur frequently. How should these small and medium-sized chemical enterprises carry out mechanical integrity management?
