摘要 在乙烯装置中,热效率是评价裂解炉运行状况和节能降耗水平的重要指标。本文以中国石油大庆石化公司年产27万吨乙烯装置的EF-111J炉为例,阐述了影响裂解炉热效率的主要因素,并提了出优化措施,即通过降低裂解炉排烟温度、过剩空气系数以及优化裂解炉日常操作和管理,有效提高了裂解炉热效率。 In an ethylene plant,thermal efficiency is one of the most important indicators of the cracking furnace to evaluate its operating conditions and the level of energy saving and consumption reducing. Based on the cracking furnace called EF-111 J of Petro China Daqing petrochemical ethylene plant with an ethylene production capacity of 270 thousand tons per year,the paper focuses on the main influence factors of thermal efficiency of cracking furnace and effective methods are adopted to improve the thermal efficiency of the cracking furnace by reducing the flue gas temperature of the cracking furnace,excess air coefficient and optimizing daily operation and management of the cracking furnace.
