摘要
变速器的异响是变速器的常见故障之一。变速器异响有很多,如齿轮异响、轴承异响、拨叉异响等。变速器的异响主要是由于轴承磨损和齿轮间不正常的啮合而引起的噪声。齿轮接触面小,齿隙不合理,齿形不好,模数太大及齿轮润滑不足等都会导致齿轮异响。轴承选型不当,轴承精度低,轴承尺寸配合不合理,轴承座刚度,强度不足等都会导致轴承异响,壳体重要孔精度差及润滑结构不合理等都会导致变速器内零件过热等造成的异响。本文主要从变速器的几个关键零部件的设计来浅谈变速器的异响问题。
The abnormal noise of transmission is one of the common faults of transmission. There are different kinds of noise,such as gear noise,bearing noise,fork noise and so on. The abnormal noise of transmission is mainly caused by bearing wear and abnormal meshing between gears. The gear contact surface is small,thetooth gap is unreasonable,the tooth shape is not good,the modulus is too big and the gear lubrication is not enough and so on can cause the gear abnormal sound. Improper bearing selection,low bearing accuracy,unreasonable bearing size,bearing stiffness,strength,etc.,will lead to abnormal bearing sound,housing important hole accuracy and unreasonable lubrication structure will lead to overheating of parts in the transmission caused by abnormal sound. This paper talks about the problem of abnormal noise mainly from the design of several key parts of of the transmission.
