瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗高血压合并冠心病患者的效果及对免疫功能的影响

Effect of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction treating patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease and influence on immune function

目的观察瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗高血压合并冠心病患者的效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年10月~2019年10月我院收治的58例高血压合并冠心病患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式差异将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各29例。对照组患者采用硝苯地平控释片治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗。治疗4周后,比较两组的病情总缓解率、治疗前后的免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量及不良反应总发生率。结果观察组患者的病情总缓解率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的IgA、IgG、IgM含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的IgA、IgG、IgM含量均低于治疗前,且观察组患者的IgA、IgG、IgM含量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗高血压合并冠心病,不仅能够有效缓解患者的病情进展,还能降低免疫球蛋白表达,增强机体免疫功能,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To observe the effect of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction treating patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease and influence on the immune function.Methods The clinical data of 58 patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were analyzed retrospectively and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction on this basis.After four weeks of treatment,the total remission rate,the contents of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM)before and after treatment and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total remission rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the contents of IgA,IgG and IgM between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the contents of IgA,IgG and IgM in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the contents of IgA,IgG and IgM in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction to cure patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease can effectively alleviate the progress of the disease,reduce the expression of immunoglobulin,effectively enhance the immune function of the body,and reduce the total incidence of adverse reactions.
