康复护理在医养结合机构脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果

Application effect of rehabilitation nursing in patients with dysphagia after stroke in medical and nursing institutions

目的探讨康复护理在医养结合机构内脑卒中(CVA)吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~2019年2月我院收治的60例CVA吞咽障碍患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。观察组采取康复护理,对照组采取常规护理,比较两组的吞咽功能评分、生活质量评分、肺部感染发生情况。结果两组护理干预前的吞咽功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组护理干预后的吞咽功能评分低于护理干预前,观察组护理干预后的吞咽功能评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理干预后的社会活动状态、自觉症状、心理情绪状态、躯体生理功能评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的肺部感染总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对CVA吞咽障碍患者应用康复护理,可明显改善患者的吞咽功能,改善生活质量,预防肺部感染,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing in patients with dysphagia after stroke(CVA)in medical and nursing institutions.Methods A total of 60 patients with CVA and dysphagia who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)by random number table method.The observation group took rehabilitation nursing and the control group took routine nursing,the swallowing function score,quality of life score,and pulmonary infection of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the swallowing function score of patients between the two groups before nursing intervention(P>0.05);the swallowing function score after the nursing intervention in the two groups was lower than that before nursing intervention;after nursing intervention,the swallowing function score of one observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of social activity state,subjective symptoms,psychological and emotional states,and physical and physiological functions of the observation group after nursing intervention were higher than those of the control group,and the differences showed statistical significance(P<0.05).The total incidence of pulmonary infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rehabilitation nursing to patients with dysphagia after CVA can significantly improve the swallowing function,improve the quality of life,and prevent lung infections,so it is worthy of popularization and application.
