聚焦解决模式下的心理护理对肺结核患者负面情绪和生活质量的影响

Influence of psychological nursing on the negative emotion and quality of life of patients with tuberculosis under the focus solution mode

目的探讨聚焦解决模式下的心理护理对肺结核患者负面情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选择2019年6~12月我院收治的82例肺结核患者,采用随机抽签法分为干预组与对照组,每组各41例。对照组采取常规心理护理,干预组采取聚焦解决模式下的心理护理,为期4周。比较两组的负面情绪和生活质量。结果两组干预前的症状自评量表(SCL-90)、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组干预后的SCL-90评分低于干预前,SF-36评分高于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组干预后的SCL-90评分为(105.25±14.11)分,低于对照组的(119.74±16.92)分,SF-36评分为(78.26±8.05)分,高于对照组的(72.29±7.52)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论聚焦解决模式下的心理护理能改善肺结核患者负面情绪,提升生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of psychological nursing on the negative emotion and quality of life of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis under the focus solution mode.Methods A total of 82 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from June to December 2019 were selected and divided into intervention group and control group by drawing lots at random,41 cases in each group.The control group received routine psychological nursing,and the intervention group received focused psychological nursing for 4 weeks.The negative emotions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in symptom checklist(SCL-90)and summary form of health survey(SF-36)scores before intervention(P>0.05);the score of SCL-90 after intervention was lower than that before intervention,SF-36 score was higher than that before intervention;after intervention,the SCL-90 score in the intervention group was(102.25±14.11)points,lower than that in the control group of(119.74±16.92)points,the SF-36 score was(78.26±8.05)p oints,higher than that of the control group of(72.29±7.52)points,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological nursing under the focus solution mode can improve the negative emotion and the quality of life of the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,which is worthy of clinical application.
