经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管与静脉输液港置管护理在乳腺癌术后化疗患者中的应用

Application of central venous catheterization via peripheral vein puncture and the nursing of vein infusion port in the chemotherapy patients after breast cancer operation

目的探讨经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)与静脉输液港的置管护理在乳腺癌化疗患者中的应用。方法选取2018年4月~2019年3月我院治疗的87例乳腺癌术后化疗患者为研究对象,采用随机综合平衡法将其分为A组(43例)和B组(44例)。A组采用PICC置管护理,B组采用静脉输液港的置管护理,比较两组置管操作时间、置管长度、不良事件总发生率、护理总满意度。结果B组的置管操作时间长于A组;B组的置管长度短于A组;B组的不良事件总发生率低于A组;B组的护理总满意度高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌术后化疗患者应用静脉输液港置管护理,虽置管操作时间较长,但置管长度短,不良事件发生率低,患者对护理非常满意,值得临床推广及应用。

Objective To explore the application of central venous catheterization via peripheral vein puncture(PICC)and intravenous port catheterization in breast cancer chemotherapy patients.Method From April 2018 to March 2019,87 patients with postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer were selected as the study objects,and the study objects were divided into group A(n=43)and group B(n=44)by random comprehensive balance method.Group A adopted PICC catheterization nursing,group B adopted intravenous infusion port catheterization nursing.The operation time,length of catheterization,incidence of adverse events and total nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The time of catheterization in group B was longer than that in group A,the length of catheterization in group B was shorter than that in group A,the total incidence of adverse events in group B was lower than that in group A,the total satisfaction of nursing in group B was higher than that in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the postoperative chemotherapy of breast cancer patients,the use of intravenous infusion port catheterization nursing,although the catheterization operation time is long,but the length of catheterization is short,the incidence of adverse events is low,patients are very satisfied with the nursing work,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
