心理干预护理对直肠癌患者术后康复的影响

Influence of psychological intervention nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of rectal cancer patients

目的探讨心理干预护理对直肠癌患者术后康复的影响。方法选取2018年8月~2019年8月我院收治的80例直肠癌患者作为研究对象,根据奇偶数模式将其分为两组,每组各40例。奇数组患者设为对照组,给予常规护理;而偶数组设为研究组,给予心理干预护理,比较两组的首次排便时间、下床活动时间及住院时间,患者干预前后的焦虑和抑郁状态及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果研究组护理后的首次排便时间、下床活动时间及住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理前的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组护理后的SAS、SDS评分低于护理前,且研究组护理后的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的护理总满意度为97.50%,高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将心理干预护理应用于直肠癌患者的治疗有显著得效果,能减轻患者心理负担,构建和谐的护患关系,并显著缩短术后胃肠道恢复时间和住院时间,有助于促进患者术后早日康复,在临床有积极的推广意义。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of rectal cancer patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with rectal cancer admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as research objects.According to odd even grouping mode,patients were divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.Among them,the patients with odd array were set as the control group,all of them were given routine nursing;while the patients with even array were set as the study group,all of them were given psychological intervention nursing.The first defecation time,the time of getting out of bed activity and hospitalization,the anxiety and depression before and after the intervention,and the patients′satisfaction with nursing work were compared between the two groups.Results The first defecation time,activity time out of bed and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in self rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological intervention nursing in the treatment of rectal cancer patients has a significant effect,can reduce the psychological burden of patients,build a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients,and significantly shorten the postoperative gastrointestinal recovery time and hospitalization time,which is helpful to promote the early recovery of patients after surgery,so it has a positive significance in clinical promotion.
