摘要
建立与粤港澳大湾区先进制造业相适应的技能人才培养体系是湾区职业教育改革发展的必由之路。面对粤港澳三地职业教育的学历教育体系不同,职业资格认证和职业技能等级认定的体系不一样,制造类技能人才培养的数量、质量不能满足制造产业发展需求的挑战。通过1+X证书制度可以消除三地技能人才培养的制度壁垒,并从政府、社会机构组织、学校等三个层面提出了实施措施,以期实现湾区技能人才培养的互融互通。
It was the only way for the reform and development of Vocational Education to establish a training system of skilled personnel suitable for the advanced manufacturing industry in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.In the face of different academic education systems of Vocational Education,different systems of vocational qualifi cation certifi cation and vocational skill level recognition,the number and quality of manufacturing skilled personnel training cannot meet the challenges of manufacturing industry development needs,this paper proposed to eliminate the institutional barriers of skilled personnel training through the 1+X system,and put forward the implementation measures from the three levels of government,social organizations and schools,in order to realize the mutual integration of skilled personnel training in the bay area.
