“双核心3+3”育人模式下高职学生素质教育体系的建构——以辽宁城市建设职业技术学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 推进素质教育,培养社会所需要的全面发展的合格人才,是党和国家在新时代对教育发展的必然要求和明确指向,也是统领未来一个时期教育改革发展全局的工作主题。通过阐述“双核心3+3”育人模式下高职学生素质教育体系建设的意义,针对高职院校学生素质教育亟待解决的问题,从优化学生素质教育的顶层设计、挖掘及整合课程资源、加强高素质育人队伍建设、丰富素质教育内容、量化素质教育学分、实施信息化管理等维度分享了辽宁城市建设职业技术学院“双核心3+3”育人模式下学生素质教育体系建设的实践经验,希望能为高职院校学生素质教育工作提供有益的借鉴。 Moving forward of the student quality education and cultivating the fully developed person which are needed by the society are the necessary demand and clear target of the new era education development for our Party and Country.It’s also the theme of education reform in the future.This article indicates the meaning of constructing the student quality education system under the“Double Core 3+3”education mode,analyzes the problems to be solved for Vocational College student quality education.In addition,this article also shares the experience from author’s school from the following perspective:optimized the upper level design of student quality education,dig and integrate the curriculum resources,strength high-quality person’s team building,enrich the content of quality education,quantify the credits of quality education,practice informational management.Hoping to provide some reference meaning for the construction of student quality education in the vocational colleges.
