Practice and Exploration of BIM Forward Design in Long-Term Rented Apartment Project

结合某长租公寓项目,介绍了建筑信息模型(BIM)正向设计的工作流程和设计过程,分析了BIM技术的应用与创新,阐述了目前BIM正向设计所面临的问题及解决方案,提出了BIM正向设计能合理利用空间、优化空间净高,在设计过程中协调处理好屋面设备、管线与跑道之间的关系。

Combining by a long-term rented apartment project,the work flow and design process of building information modeling(BIM)forward design were introduced.The application and innovation of BIM technology were analyzed.The problems and solutions of BIM forward design were expounded.It is pointed out that BIM forward design can rationally utilize the space and optimize the space height,and coordinate the relationship between the roofing equipment,pipelines and the runway in the design process.
