数字孪生技术在智能制造中的发展与应用研究综述 被引量:40

摘要 数字孪生技术作为实践智能制造理念的使能技术与手段,能够有效解决智能制造的信息物理融合难题,已成为当前世界各国学术界和工业界关注的热点。为了更好地理解和应用数字孪生,本文首先从数字孪生的背景和定义两方面进行归纳和总结;在此基础上,从公开出版年度、主要出版国家、主要研究方向等不同维度,采用文献计量分析方法对Web of Science(WOS)核心合集数据库近5年来收录的与数字孪生相关文献进行研究,综述了数字孪生技术在产品设计、工业生产、制造服务方面的应用;最后对数字孪生技术未来的发展方向进行展望,以期为数字孪生技术在智能制造领域的落地应用提供一定的理论参考和借鉴。 As an enabling technology and means to practice the concept of intelligent manufacturing,digital twin technology can effectively solve the problem of cyber-physical integration of intelligent manufacturing.It has become a hot spot in the academic and industrial circles around the world.To better understand and apply digital twin,firstly the background and definition of digital twin were summarized and concluded.On this basis,the bibliometric analysis method was used to study the literature related to digital twins included in the Web of Science(WOS)core collection database in the past five years from different dimensions such as public publication year,main publication countries,and main research directions.The application of digital twin technology in product design,industrial production,and manufacturing services was also summarized.Finally the outlook of future development direction of digital twin technology was presented.It is expected to provide certain theoretical reference for the application of digital twin technology in the field of intelligent manufacturing.
