财经类专业大学生跨专业实践教学模式创新研究——铜陵学院为例

Research on the Innovation of Teaching Mode of Interdisciplinary Practice of College Students Majoring in Finance and Economics:Taking Tongling University as an Example

VBSE财务实训平台创新性在于实训知识体系的跨专业性、实验环境的高仿真性与教学模式创新、实验过程的竞争性与角色体验性等。文章以铜陵学院开设VBSE实训平台进行实践教学为例,从团队组建、教学过程和教学管理三个环节分析其存在的问题,并从课程体系与内容创新、高质量师资队伍建设、教学资源共享、任务推送功能和考核方式五个方面提出改进建议。结论表明:VBSE综合实训综以实践教学改革为突破口,创新了人才培养模式,突破以往实践教学的孤立性和非系统性,实现了财经类专业大学生跨专业实践教学模式的创新。

The innovation of THE VBSE financial training platform lies in the cross-specialty of the training knowledge system,the high simulation of the experimental environment,the innovation of the teaching mode,and the competition of the experimental process and the role experience,etc.This paper takes the VBSE training platform set up by Tongling University for practical teaching as an example.And it analyzes the existing problems from three aspects:team building,teaching process and teaching management,and proposes improvement suggestions from five aspects:(1)curriculum system and content innovation,(2)construction of high-quality teachers,(3)teaching resource sharing,(4)task push function,(5)assessment method.The results show:VBSE comprehensive practical training Comprehensive training takes the practice teaching reform as the breakthrough point,innovating the talent training mode,breaking through the isolation and unsystematic practice teaching in the past,and realizing the innovation of the cross-specialty practice teaching mode of finance and economics major college students.
