基于财经类高校数学与应用数学专业人才分类教学模式的改革与实践——以铜陵学院为例

Reform and Practice of Teaching Model of Talent Classification for Mathematics and Applied Mathematics in Financial Universities:Taking Tongling College as an Example

针对目前财经类高校数学专业毕业生缺乏社会核心竞争力,难以找到对口工作以及当前地方财经高校的生存发展遭遇瓶颈等问题,利用本专业与本校优势学科整合,改革课程体系与培养方案以及实行校企合作、校校合作并施行分流、分阶段、分模块教学和人性化的教学模式培养出有较强实践能力、能解决实际问题以及为社会带来实用价值和效益的毕业生。更进一步解决了当前地方财经类高校遭遇的生存发展问题。

Aiming at the current problems such as"the graduates of mathematics majors in finance and economics colleges lack the core competitiveness of society;it is difficult to find counterpart jobs;and the survival and development of local finance and economic colleges encounter bottlenecks",the curriculum system and the training program are reformed through the integration of this major and the school's superior disciplines;school-enterprise cooperation,school-school cooperation are implemented;and the split,phased,sub-module teaching and humanized teaching mode are used so that it can cultivate strong practical ability,solve practical problems,and promote society graduates with practical value and benefits,and further solve the current survival and development problems encountered by local financial colleges and universities.
