霉变饲料对雏鸡氧化抗氧化能力的影响

摘要 养殖行业中,经常会遇到饲料霉变的情况,霉变饲料除了能使畜禽中毒致死外,还使机体生产性能降低,同时通过肉、蛋、奶等食物进入人体,对人类的健康产生危害。本试验主要通过饲喂雏鸡霉变饲料观察其氧化抗氧化能力的变化,结果显示霉变饲料降低雏鸡血清SOD和GSH-Px的活性,增加血清MDA的含量。
