摘要
老旧小区改造肩负着改善人居环境和促进经济发展的双重使命,改造技术涉及面广,其关键在于把握技术融合与创新、配套建设,绿色技术、建设海绵城市,以人为本、依法行政三个原则,应用因素分析法、先进的分析工具、BIM技术全寿命应用、以人为本,精心设计、近期与远期相结合、运用开放空间等方法对改造技术进行重构,显著改善项目周边的人居环境及城市环境,提高了当地居民的生活质量,加速城市的建设,促进区内的城市经济繁荣与发展,必将为房地产、建材、商贸等企业提供大量的机会。
The renovation of old residential areas has the dual mission of improving living environment and promoting economic development.The renovation technology covers more than 20 areas.The key lies in grasping the three principles of technology integration and innovation,supporting construction,green technology,building a sponge city,people-oriented and administration according to law,applying factor analysis,advanced analysis tools,BIM technology life-span application and people-oriented.Elaborate design,combination of short-term and long-term and reconstruction of reconstruction technology using open space methods will significantly improve the living environment and urban environment around the project,increase the living standard of local residents,accelerate the construction of the city,and promote the prosperity and development of the urban economy in the region.It will certainly provide a large number of opportunities for real estate,building materials,commerce and other enterprises.
