摘要
王洼二矿21采区下部车场为穿层巷道,帮部围岩主要为5煤、8煤、泥岩、细粒砂岩、中粒砂岩,极易风化崩解,扩修之前采用U型钢棚支护,巷道服务期间多次扩修、反复变形,严重影响21采区通风、运输、生产。为此,本文采用岩土工程有限差分软件FLAC^3D对各不同穿层地段、不同支护方案、不同支护参数进行模拟,模拟表明:注浆加固方案最适合在该巷道应用。
The lower vehicle yard of Wangwa No.2 Mining area 21 is a laythrough roadway,and the surrounding rocks are mainly 5 coal,8 coal,mudstone,fine-grained sandstone and medium-grained sandstone,which are easy to be weathered and disintegrated.Before the expansion and repair,U-shaped steel shed is used for support.During the service period of the roadway,the expansion and deformation are repeated,which seriously affect the ventilation,transportation and production of the 21 mining area.Therefore,this paper adopts the finite difference software FLAC^3D of geotechnical engineering to simulate different layers,different support schemes and different support parameters.The simulation shows that the grouting reinforcement scheme is most suitable for the application in this tunnel.
