摘要
介绍了逆向工程的工作流程。利用北京天远OKIO-4M三维扫描仪对产品进行表面轮廓数字化,并利用Geomagic studio软件对扫描得到的数据进行优化处理和重构模型,从而得到表面光顺的CAD模型。完成产品的逆向建模以及成型质量分析以后,利用3D打印技术实现产品的快速成型制造。不管在任何领域,在没有数字模型只有实物的情况下,都可以采用逆向工程的手段进行创新设计。
The work flow of Reverse Engineering was introduced in the paper.The cloud data was collected by 3D scanner named Tian Yuan OKIO-4M.After that,the data model refactoring and optimization was finished by using Geomagic studio software,so as to obtain the CAD model with smooth surface.After the product reverse modeling and molding quality analysis,the rapid prototyping of product was completed by using 3D printing technology.In any fields,if there was only material object instead of digital model,innovation design can be achieved through Reverse Engineering.
