系统护理干预在胃癌患者胃大部切除术围术期的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation of Systemic Nursing Intervention in Subtotal Gastrectomy Perioperative Period of Patients with Gastric Carcinoma

观察系统护理干预在胃癌患者胃大部切除术围术期的应用效果。选择临夏州人民医院收治的52例胃癌行胃大部切除术患者,按照入院顺序尾数的单双数分为系统组和常规组,比较采用系统护理干预在胃癌患者胃大部切除术围术期的康复效果与预后情况。结果表明,系统组的胃肠功能恢复时间、首次下地时间、住院时间均短于常规组(P<0.05),VAS评分、术后并发症发生率均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:系统护理干预在胃癌患者胃大部切除术围术期的应用效果理想,建议临床推广应用。

The research observes the application effect of systemic nursing intervention in subtotal gastrectomy perioperative period of patients with gastric carcinoma.52 patients with gastric carcinoma under subtotal gastrectomy in The People’s Hospital of Linxia,and they are divided into systemic group and routine group by admission order.Recovery effect and prognosis situation of systemic nursing intervention in subtotal gastrectomy perioperative period of patients with gastric carcinoma are compared.The results show that functional recovery time of gastrointestinal function,getting off the bed time for the first time and hospitalization time of the systemic group are shorter than the routine group(P<0.05),and VAS score and postoperative complications rate are lower than routine group(P<0.05).Systemic nursing intervention in subtotal gastrectomy perioperative period of patients with gastric garcinoma has ideal effect,so it is worth application.
