腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术的围手术期护理

Perioperative Nursing of Radical Resection of Rectal Carcinoma Under Laparoscope

探讨腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术的围手术期护理。选择临夏州人民医院2018年11月—2019年11月收治的直肠癌患者56例,根据电脑随机盲选法分为观察组和比较组,每组各28例,比较两组的护理效果及并发症发生率。结果表明,观察组的手术时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间、导管留置时间及住院时间均短于比较组(P<0.05),观察组发生吻合口瘘、腹腔感染、出血等并发症低于比较组(P<0.05)。结论:对腹腔镜下行直肠癌根治术的患者行围术期全面护理干预,可优化手术效果,缩短手术时间,降低术后并发症发生率,促进患者的康复。

The research explores the perioperative nursing of radical resection of rectal carcinoma under laparscope.56 patients with rectal cancer in The People’s Hospital of Linxia from Nov.2018 to Nov.2019 are selected.According to computer random blinding method,they are divided into observation group and control group,with 28 patients in each group.Nursing effect and complication rate of two groups are compared.The results show that operation time,gastroenteric function recovery time,catheter indwelling time and hospitalization time in observation group are shorter than control group(P<0.05).Anastomtic fistula,abdominal infection and bleeding of observation group are lower than control group(P<0.05).Perioperative nursing of radical resection of rectal carcinoma under laparoscope can optimize operation effect,reduce operation time,reduce postoperative complications rate,and promote patient recovery.
