上呼吸道感染所致高热患儿的优质护理干预效果分析

Effect Analysis of High Quality Nursing Intervention of Children with Hyperpyrexia Caused by Upper Respiratory Infection

分析上呼吸道感染所致高热患儿的优质护理干预效果。选择天祝藏族自治县妇计中心2019年1月—2020年2月收治的56例上呼吸道感染所致高热患儿,采用电脑随机盲选法分为优质组和常规组,每组各28例,比较两组患儿的护理效果、护理满意度。结果表明,优质组的护理总有效率、护理总满意度均显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:对上呼吸道感染所致高热患儿进行优质护理干预效果显著,可在临床应用中推广。

The research analyzes the high quality nursing intervention of patients with hyperpyrexia caused by upper respiratory infection.56 children with hyperpyrexia caused by upper respiratory infection in Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County Women’s Recuperation Center from Jan.2019 to Feb.2020 are selected,and they are divided into high quality group and routine group by computer random blind method,with 28 children in each group.Nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of two groups are compared.Nursing total effective rate and total satisfaction of high quality group are higher than routine group(P<0.05).High quality nursing intervention of children with hyperpyrexia caused by upper respiratory infection has obvious effect,so it can be promoted in clinical application.
