摘要 为了给后期恶性肿瘤化疗与相关研究提供参考,对近些年来临床上关于烷化剂、铂类药物、抗代谢类药物、抗肿瘤激素类药物四种抗肿瘤药物的应用研究、疗效与优缺点展开综述。 In order to provide references for chemotherapy of anaphase malignant tumor and related research,the paper views the research curative effect,advantages and disadvantages of the application of antineoplastic drugs,including alkylating agent,platinum drugs,antimetabolic drugs and antitumor hormones.
