贵阳市农业产业结构中农业资源配置合理性研究——以花溪区为例

Research on the Rationality of Agricultural Resources Allocation in the Agricultural Industrial Structure of Guiyang City——Through Taking Huaxi District as an Example

农业资源是人类社会生存和发展的重要支撑和基本要素保障,而与社会生产发展相适应的农业产业结构能够不断促使农业资源实现高效、合理的优化配置。以贵阳市花溪区为例,从农业资源配置的角度出发,从土地资源、劳动资源、资本资源、基础设施、市场导向、经济效益六个层次建立农业产业结构合理性的评价指标体系,得出2013—2019年花溪区农业产业结构的发展态势,以期为今后花溪区农业产业的发展提供参考。

Agricultural resources is an important support and basic element guarantee for the survival and development of human society,and the agricultural industrial structure that is compatible with the development of social production can continuously promote the efficient and reasonable optimization of agricultural resources.This paper takes Huaxi District as an example,from the perspective of agricultural resource allocation,establishes an evaluation index system for the rationality of agricultural industrial structure from six levels,including land resources,labor resources,capital resources,infrastructure,market orientation and economic benefits.The development trend of the agricultural industry structure in Huaxi District from 2013 to 2019 is expected to provide a reference for the future development of the agricultural industry in Huaxi District.
