环状RNA作为微小RNA海绵在结直肠癌中的作用及其临床价值 被引量：2

摘要 环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)是一种特殊的非编码RNA(non-coding RNA,ncRNA)分子,具有结构稳定、数量众多和高度保守等特性,能够充当微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)分子海绵、调节基因的转录及剪接以及参与蛋白质的翻译等。近来研究表明,circRNA作为miRNA海绵,通过调节miRNA的活性,在肿瘤的发病机制中发挥一定作用。结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。circRNA作为miRNA分子海绵与CRC细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭和凋亡等病理过程关系密切,对CRC发生、发展、早期诊断以及预后评估具有重要作用。
