荣泰矿综采工作面内废弃井筒注浆加固技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 为避免造成井筒透水事故,安全顺利通过综采工作面内废弃井筒,提出并实施了分层注浆加固技术方案,超前打钻向井筒上方及周围注浆加固,制造人工假顶,增强井筒内壁强度,控制井筒内黄土及石块下沉。结果表明,通过分层注浆加固,解放了废弃井筒的保护煤柱,减少了搬家倒面次数,创造了50万元的间接经济效益和安全效益,确保了综采工作面安全高效地回采。 In order to avoid the shaft permeability accident and pass the abandoned shaft in the fully mechanized working face safely and smoothly,the layered grouting and reinforcement technical scheme was proposed and implemented,drilling in advance to grout and reinforce the shaft above and around,artificial false roof was created,the strength of the inner wall of the shaft was enhanced,and the sinking of loess and stones in the shaft was controlled.The results showed that through the layered grouting reinforcement,the abandoned shaft's protective coal column was liberated,the number of times of moving and pouring faces was reduced,which created an indirect economic and safety benefit of 500,000 Yuan and ensured the safe and efficient recovery of the comprehensive mining face.
