摘要
传统注浆工艺中射流方式制浆配比精度低、原料浪费严重、注浆效果一般,而高速涡流制浆工艺复杂、劳动成本高、存在环境污染。因此需要研制一套能够提高配比精度、节省劳动力并且安全稳定的自动控制制浆系统。以峰峰集团梧桐庄矿14号注浆站为例,详细地阐述了西门子SMART PLC在注浆站控制系统的研究与应用。
In the traditional grouting process,the proportioning accuracy of the jet stream method grouting is low,the waste of raw materials is serious and the grouting effect is normal,while the high-speed eddy current grouting process is complicated,the labor cost is high,with environmental pollution.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a set of automatic control pulping system that can improve the proportioning precision,save labor,with safety and stability.The No.14 grouting station of Wutongzhuang Mine of Fengfeng Group as an example,the research and application of Siemens SMART PLC in the grouting station control system was described in detail.
