机器视觉系统在PE热收缩膜生产线上的应用

摘要 针对PE热收缩膜生产过程中,产品出现的黑点、划伤、破洞等瑕疵缺陷,既影响薄膜产品外观,又降低薄膜使用性能的情况,为了控制和提高薄膜的表面质量,采用机器视觉系统快速、准确地在线检测瑕疵缺陷。生产实践证明,该机器视觉技术首次应用在PE热收缩膜生产线上,可自动识别预警记录的产品瑕疵,解决了传统人工检测的疲劳漏检,满足了生产中高速、高分辨率和无损检测的要求,控制和提高了薄膜的表面质量,减少了因退货等企业产生的经济损失。 In view of the defects such as black spots,scratches,holes etc.in the production process of PE heat shrink film affect the appearance of the film products and reduce the use performance of the film,a machine vision system is adopted to quickly and accurately on-line detect the defects in order.Production practice proves that it is the first time that the machine vision technology is applied to PE heat shrink film production line,which can automatically identify the product defects recorded in early warning,solve the fatigue missed detection of traditional manual detection,meet the requirements of high speed,high resolution and non-destructive detection in production,control and improve the surface quality of the film,and reduce the economic losses caused by bad quality goods returns.
