阳煤集团昔阳氯碱化工有限责任公司为满足全厂氯平衡,使耗氯能力大于产氯能力,以保证氯气系统安全运行而设置了6万t/a的液氯及包装系统。从设计角度出发,对液氯工段的设备布置及工艺流程以及运行过程易产生的安全问题进行客观分析,并提出了合理的解决方案。

A 60 kt/a liquid chlorine and packaging system Xiyang Chlor-Alkali Chemical Co.,Ltd.of Yangmei Group has set up in order to meet the chlorine balance of the whole plant,make the chlorine consumption capacity greater than the chlorine production capacity,and ensure the safe operation of the chlorine system.From the point of view of design,the equipment layout and process flow of the liquid chlorine workshop section and the safety problems easy to occur during operation were objectively analyzed,and the reasonable solutions were put forward.
