摘要
北营焦化厂废水主要包括生产净废水、工业废水、生活污水3部分,排水总量达到了340 m3/h,为减排降耗,采用将废水系统清浊分离、分别处理的减排降耗方案,采用源头治理、回收利用等方案来治理废水,生产净废水回收率达到了96.5%,年减排废水83.22万m3/a,节约水耗73.23万元/a,年增效益54.33万元;工业废水减排量达到45.99万m3/a,节约水耗成本40.47万元/a。
The wastewater of Beiying coking plantmainly includes production clean waste water,industrial waste water,domestic sewage,which is total amount of drainage reached 340 m3/h.In order to reduce emissions and consumption,the scheme of reducing discharge and consumption was selected,which is separating the turbidity from the waste water system and treating the waste water separately,the scheme of treating the waste water at the source and recycling the waste water was adopted.The recovery rate of the production clean waste water has reached 96.5%,the annual reduction of waste water discharge is 832200 m3/a,the water consumption was saved by 732300 yuan/a,the annual benefit was increased by 543300 yuan,the discharge of industrial wastewater was reduced by 459900 m3/a,and the cost of water consumption was saved by 404700 yuan/a.
