基于土壤种子库激活的荒废地生态恢复技术应用

摘要 以深圳市梧桐山常绿阔叶混交林林下10 cm厚表土为材料,做小规模的森林表土撒播试验,研究土壤采集地植物组成数量特征与土壤种子库萌发植物组成数量特征的关系.对土壤采集地植被特征、土壤种子库乔灌草组成特征及土壤种子库萌发物种组成的关系等做了分析研究,探讨基于土壤种子库在激活荒废地生态恢复技术应用中的作用与潜力,为实际植物恢复治理提供一定的理论依据.结果表明:(1)表土铺撒试验发芽植物种类与土壤采集地的植被没有明确的关系;(2)亚热带常绿阔叶林及土壤采集地植被乔木和草本植物优势种在土壤种子库中可以看到幼苗出现,而灌木植物优势种在土壤种子库中基本没有幼苗出现.因此,应考虑借助植冠种子库短期萌发种子,以弥补土壤种子库储存种子萌发的缺陷. By using 10cm thick topsoil under the evergreen broad-leaved mixed forest in Shenzhen’s Wutong Mountain,a small-scale forest topsoil seeding experiment was carried out to study the relationship between the quantitative characteristics of plant composition and the soil seed bank germination plants in soil collection sites.This paper analyzed and researched the characteristics of the vegetation in the soil collection site,the composition characteristics of trees-shrubs-herbs in soil seed bank,and the germination species composition relationship of the soil seed bank.The role and potential of the soil seed bank in activating wasteland ecological recovery technology were explored to provide a certain theoretical basis for the actual plant restoration and management.The results show that:1)there was no clear relationship between the species of germinating plants and the vegetation in the soil collection site;2)the dominant species of arbor and herbaceous plants in the subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest and the soil collection site could see the emergence of seedlings in the soil seed bank,while the dominant species of shrub plants basically did not appear in the soil seed bank.Conclusion:the short-term germination of seeds in crown seed bank should be considered to make up for the deficiency of seed germination in soil seed bank.
