摘要
文章对比分析了基于用户感知、绩效测评和发展能力的3种高校图书馆内涵建设质量评价体系,分别论述了3种体系涉及的内涵建设维度,并举例说明其适用的项目类型.进一步提出融合用户评价、绩效测评和有效性分析3种模式的思路,即:高校图书馆参考3个评价框架的指标体系,根据自身内涵建设各维度的目标和实际情况,选择出3类评价指标,构建内涵建设质量的总体评价模型.
This paper compares and analyzes three quality evaluation systems of intension construction of university and college library,which are based on user perception,performance appraisal and development ability.It discusses the dimensions of intension construction involved in these systems,and illustrate with examples the selection and application of these systems in the quality evaluation of different intension construction projects.It further puts forward the idea of integrating three modes of user evaluation,performance evaluation and effectiveness analysis.Referring to the index system of the three evaluation frameworks,the university and college library selects the evaluation index sets according to the goal and actual situation of each dimension of intension construction,and constructs the overall evaluation model of intension construction quality.
