A Practical Exploration on the Implementation of“the Strategy of Rural Vitalization”in Qujing

习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中明确提出实施“乡村振兴战略”,为新时期农业农村现代化发展绘制了宏伟蓝图。作为云南高原农业大市的曲靖,在推进农业农村现代化发展过程中机遇和困难并存。曲靖发展高原农业的基础扎实,但深度贫困人口多、贫困面大,制约农业农村现代化发展的客观因素多。只有抓住国家“乡村振兴战略”提供政策利好的机遇,加快推进高原特色农业现代化,促进乡村绿色发展,加快农耕文化传承保护,加快农民素质提升工程,提高农村民生保障水平等,才能助力曲靖农业农村的现代化发展。

In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly proposed the implementation of“the strategy of rural vitalization”,drawing up a grand blueprint for the development of agricultural and rural modernization in the new period.As a major agricultural city in Yunnan plateau,Qujing has both opportunities and difficulties in the process of promoting the modernization of agricultural and rural development.The foundation for the development of plateau agriculture in Qujing is solid,but the large number of people living in deep poverty and the large area of poverty are many objective factors that constrain the development of agricultural and rural modernization.Only by seizing the great opportunity“the strategy of rural vitalization”,accelerating the modernization of agriculture with plateau characteristics,promoting the green development of the countryside,accelerating the inheritance and protection of farming culture,accelerating farmers’quality improvement project,and improving the level of livelihood security in rural areas,etc.All these help Qujing's agricultural and rural modernization.
