摘要 简要介绍了高效自动化焊接门架的结构特点,针对焊接门架的重量优化问题,建立了以门架主梁重量最轻为目标的优化模型,创建了目标函数和优化模型的约束条件,并对约束条件进行了合理的简化。通过运用LINGO软件对工程实例进行非线性规划,得出很好的优化结果。优化结果合理可靠,证明了优化模型的正确性和实用性。优化模型和优化工具适用性强,为自动化焊接装备的优化设计共性问题提供了一种可行的思路和方法,具有广阔的应用前景。 In this paper,the structural characteristics of high-efficiency automatic welding gantry were introduced.Aiming at the weight optimization issue of the welding gantry,we established an optimization model with the lightest weight of the main girder of the gantry as the goal.We set the constraint conditions of the objective function and the optimization model,and reasonably simplified the constraint conditions.By using LINGO software to perform nonlinear programming of the engineering examples,a good optimization result was obtained.The optimization result was reasonable and reliable,which proved the correctness and practicability of the optimization model.The applicability of the optimization model and the optimization tools was broad.This study has provided a feasible idea and method for the general optimization design of automatic welding equipment,which has good application prospect.
