摘要
飞机壁板、长桁等复材零件长度超过6 m,对用于其成型的大型殷瓦钢(Invar)薄壁工装型面数控加工精度提出了更高的要求。通过对大型殷瓦钢薄壁工装数模有限元模拟、数控仿真、应用反卷积逆向工程、CMM测量分析等的研究,提出了优化数控加工参数,从而达到大型殷瓦钢薄壁工装型面所需的加工精度。
The length of composite parts such as aircraft siding and stringer is usually more than 6 meters,which puts forward higher requirements for the NC machining accuracy of large-scale Invar thin-wall tooling surface used for the forming of the composite parts.In this paper,the NC machining parameters were optimized through finite element simulation,numerical control simulation,deconvolution reverse engineering,and CMM measurement,etc.,and reached the machining requirements of large-scale invar thin-wall tooling surface.
