采煤机电缆拖拽装置传动链条的应力分析

摘要 对采煤机拖拽小车传动系统中的链条进行选型计算,并在此基础上建立了链条的三维模型,针对不同外载荷的作用,应用ABAQUS软件对圆环链进行静力学分析,研究其Mises应力的变化情况。研究结果表明,随着对链条施加载荷的不断增大,链条所受应力最大值呈现线性增加趋势,链环应力集中主要发生在链环内侧,且应力最大值发生在相邻两链环的接触部分,圆环链条两侧直线部分应力较小,圆环曲线部分与圆环直线部分相交点处应力最小,表明链条圆弧段最易发生塑性变形和断裂,研究结果将为拖链小车中链条的故障分析和合理选型提供依据。 In this paper,the selection and calculation of the transmission chain of the shearer cable drag device were carried out.Then a three-dimensional model of the chain was established for the static analysis of the round chain under different external loads by using ABAQUS software,and the Mises stress of the chain was analyzed.The results showed that,with the increase of the load applied to the chain,the maximum stress of the chain increased linearly.The stress concentration of the link mainly occurred on the inside of the link,and the maximum stress appeared at the contact point of the adjacent links.The stress on the straight parts of the round chain was small,and the minimum stress appeared at the intersection of the straight parts and the curve parts.The results indicated that plastic deformation and fracture were more easily to occur at the curve parts of the chain.This study has provided basis for the fault analysis and the reasonable selection of the chain.
