摘要 摇头飞椅运行参数直接关系到设备的运行功能和安全性,其运行参数分析计算,一直以来都是设计制造企业急需解决的问题。本文根据力学理论和三角函数对摇头飞椅运行参数的计算公式进行详细推导,建立运行参数的数学模型,并转化为超越方程,通过MATLAB数学计算软件,对超越方程进行分析求解,使复杂繁琐的摇头飞椅运行参数计算过程变得十分快捷,提高了设计效率和计算精度,并以此指导设计生产提供了有力的科学依据。 The operation parameters of wave swinger are directly related to the function and safety of the equipment.The calculation of the operation parameters has always been an urgent problem for manufacturers.In this paper,based on the theory of mechanics and the trigonometric function,the calculation formula of the operation parameters of wave swinger was derived in detail,and the mathematical model of the operation parameters was established,which was then converted into transcendental equation.The transcendental equation was analyzed and solved by using MATLAB,which made the complicated calculation process very fast.In this way the design efficiency and calculation accuracy was improved,and powerful scientific basis for guiding the design and production of wave swinger was provided.
