一种大输出推力换速控制器设计

摘要 阐述一种动力装置变速控制用大输出推力换速控制器设计。结合混合式双极性步进电动机的工作原理,提出了基于单片机的控制方案,完成了步进电动机的硬件电路设计及软件控制策略,并给出了部分软件流程图。实践应用证明,此换速控制器解决了小体积大推力、精确变速位置控制、精确速度调节等关键技术,是一款实用的步进电动机控制器。 In this paper we described the design of a large-thrust-output speed change controller for speed control of power plant.Based on the working principle for hybrid bipolar stepping motor,we proposed a control scheme based on single chip microcomputer.The hardware circuit design and software control strategy design of the stepping motor were completed,and some software flow charts were given.The practical application showed that the speed controller had realized the key technologies of small volume and large thrust,precise speed change position control and precise speed regulation,and it was a practical stepping motor controller.
