摘要
采用OM、X射线衍射仪、SEM等研究了固溶时效对高强亚稳态Ti-B20合金组织性能的影响。结果显示:合金经固溶时效后,由α相和β相组成;随时效温度的升高,析出相由针状变成片层,尺寸增大且由晶界处优先析出,合金抗拉强度随温度的升高而下降。
The effect of solution aging on the microstructure and properties of high-strength metastable Ti-B20 alloy was studied by OM,XRD and SEM.The results showed that the alloy was composed ofαphase andβphase after solution aging;with the increase of the aging temperature,the precipitated phase changed from acicular to lamellar,the size increased and precipitated preferentially from the grain boundary;the tensile strength of the alloy decreased with the increase of the temperature.
