The Application and Interlock Optimization of TS3000 System in Air Separation Unit

TS3000系统在目前压缩机控制中应用广泛,集控制和联锁于一体,是高度自动化控制系统,本文从系统结构、硬件配置、网络设置等方面详细介绍了TS3000系统在空分机组中的应用。同时,针对空分机组实际运行中因单点仪表故障引起的跳停,提出了联锁优化方案,提高了机组运行可靠性,降低了非停次数。

TS3000 system is widely used in compressor control at present.It integrates control and interlock,and it is a highly automatic control system.This paper introduces TS3000 system application in air separation unit from the aspects of system structure,hardware configuration and network setting in detail.At the same time,aiming at the jumping and stopping caused by the single instrument fault in the actual operation of the air separation unit,an interlock optimization scheme is proposed,which improves the operating reliability of the unit and reduces the non-stopping times.
