摘要
蜡油加氢装置PSA解析气压缩机自2014年检修更换转子后,运行工况不稳定,主要体现在防喘振点跑动较快。防喘振阀关小后,喘振点在机组未发生喘振时经常跳动进入喘振区,造成防喘振阀全开,能耗较高。综合解析气压缩机运行数据及现场实际运行情况分析,造成此现象的主要原因为压缩机更换转子后CCS系统中设定的喘振线与实际工况不匹配,造成喘振阀无法进一步关小,压缩机运行不稳定。针对此问题,迫切需要对解析气压缩机防喘振曲线进行在线实测修正。经过机组防喘振曲线的修订,机组的运行区间大幅度提高,防喘振阀可以关小至35%,且喘振点比较稳定,不会误入喘振区域,造成喘振阀全开,引起不必要的生产波动。此次改造提高了压缩机运行的可靠性和安全性,同时大幅度地降低装置能耗。
After overhauling and replacing the rotor of the psa analytical gas compressor in the wax oil hydrogenation unit in 2014,the operating condition is unstable,which is mainly reflected in the fast running of the anti-surge point and the small closing of the anti-surge valve.The surge point often jumps into the surge area when the unit does not surge,resulting in the full opening of the anti-surge valve and high energy consumption.Comprehensive analysis of gas compressor operation data and field actual operation analysis,the main reason for this phenomenon is that the surge line set in ccs system after the compressor replacement rotor does not match the actual working conditions,resulting in the surge valve can not be further closed small,compressor operation instability.For this problem,the department has carried on the actual measurement revision to the analytical compressor anti-surge curve,after the revision psa the analytical compressor under the same working condition,the anti-surge valve can be closed as small as 35%,and the surge point is relatively stable and will not stray into the surge area,resulting in the full opening of the surge valve,causing production fluctuations and reducing the energy consumption of the device.
