摘要
对N10型核级电动执行机构的抗震试验进行研究,利用地震模拟试验台,采用单频拍波法,按照要求的响应谱控制地震加速度和频率,对N10核级电动执行机构进行两次OBE地震试验和一次SSE地震试验。在SSE地震试验过程中,X、Y、Z三轴向所测点最大加速度峰值位置分别为电机、手轮、电机,三轴向峰值分别为19.160g、36.209g、14.826g,试验验证了N10型核级电动执行机构在地震条件下能正常工作,满足核级设备要求。
The seismic test of N10 level nuclear electric actuator is studied.The seismic acceleration and frequency are controlled according to the required response spectrum by using the single frequency wave method on the simulation test bench.Two OBE seismic tests and one SSE seismic test are carried out on N10 nuclear electric actuator.During the SSE seismic test,the maximum acceleration peak position of the measured points in the X,Y,and Z axes are the motor,handwheel and motor respectively,and the triaxial peak values are 19.160g,36.209g and 14.826g respectively.The test verified that the N10 nuclear electric actuator can work successfully under seismic conditions and meet the requirements of nuclear equipment.
